Individuals desiring to become registered members and access our matchmaking services at OM must follow the registration process instructions, as outlined in this legally binding membership agreement. These Terms and Conditions may be subject to modification by OM at its sole discretion.

Users availing services from OM are considered to have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to these terms and conditions, which apply to all transactions with OM, binding the parties unconditionally without any reservations. All rights, privileges, obligations, and liabilities between OM and users shall be governed by these terms.

Eligibility Criteria: OM relies on information submitted by individuals or third parties/relatives on their behalf. The obligation of OM is to verify the accuracy and genuineness of the provided information.

Terms of Agreement:

This agreement remains in effect during your membership. You may terminate your membership at any time by informing OM in writing or via email. OM may terminate membership at its discretion, effective upon email notification or written document, with no refund.

Members agree to indemnify OM against all losses arising from any breach of the representation, commitment, and understanding. Communication will occur via email or posted notices on the site.

Members acknowledge that their profiles may be indexed by search engines, with OM not responsible for such activities.

OM can change features and services, is not responsible for errors, and owns the exclusive property rights to site content.

Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Odisha court, with the arbitration act applicable. OM has the right to consider or reject any application, and fees are non-refundable.

Non-Commercial Use by Members: The site is for personal use only; commercial use is prohibited. Unauthorized activities may result in registration cancellation.

Members Dispute:

Members are responsible for resolving disputes; OM has the right but not the obligation to monitor them.

Applicable Law:

Agreements are deemed entered into in Bhubaneswar, India, with Indian law governing. Members agree to Bhubaneswar court jurisdiction for disputes.
